Manufacturing Leader

The Manufacturing Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily manufacturing operations, ensuring product launches, engineering changes, and production activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

This role leads manufacturing teams, supports technical problem‑solving, validates processes, oversees documentation, and drives continuous improvement. Additionally, the Manufacturing Leader collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, and Laboratory teams to ensure stable processes, correct parameter settings, proper equipment calibration, and successful implementation of new products and workflow updates.
