Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
Lead and manage Plant Heads across multiple facilities, along with Automation, Supply Chain, and IT leadership, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals and objectives.
Develop and implement operational strategies, KPIs, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency, optimize costs, and drive process excellence across all plants.
Collaborate with executive leadership to plan capacity expansions, adopt new technologies, and execute digital transformation initiatives.
