About the Role

            Responsibilities  Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to overcome technical, quality, and production challenges. 
Innovate and implement advanced manufacturing methods, processes, and test equipment for both new and existing systems. 
Ensure the production of high-quality products by effectively managing materials, equipment, and processes. 
Partner closely with our US engineering team to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Transfer initiatives. 
Oversee the timely release of critical documentation and reports to ensure smooth production readiness. 
Provide hands‑on technical support during assembly and final testing on the production floor. 
Drive the creation and deployment of work instructions within our manufacturing execution system. 
Analyze build processes, identify potential risks, and implement improvements using PFMEA analysis.
