Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer leads electro-mechanical new product introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring that new products are effectively transitioned into production. This role focuses on project management, process risk analysis, manufacturability, and accurate labor and process documentation to support efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage electro-mechanical NPI projects from concept through successful production launch.
+ Create and maintain PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to understand and document process risk for new products.
+ Estimate labor times for new products and monitor actual labor performance, adjusting processes as needed.
