**Job Overview**
+ This particular cell requires the cell lead to be a machine operator with CNC machine knowledge: operating, loading material, changing coolant, but not programming.
+ Team Lead experience is preferred
+ Experience working with quality measurement instruments ( micrometer, caliper) in order to complete the first piece of inspection process.
The Cell Lead is responsible for ensuring team members remain on schedule so that production is completed in a timely manner. Additionally, the Cell Lead will monitor and maintain high quality production and practice lean manufacturing principals such as 5S.
