What you will do
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues impacting live hiring events;
  • Perform manual, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across platform workflows;
  • Validate REST APIs, integrations, and backend services using Postman ;
  • Execute backend data validation and troubleshooting using SQL queries;
  • Reproduce, document, and track defects, workflow issues, and test results in Jira ;
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Client Support, and GTM teams to investigate and resolve client-reported issues;
