Mandarin-Speaking SaaS CSM – Growth & Retention

Remotedxb is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support a book of Mandarin-speaking SMB customers in Dubai. You will act as their primary advisor, helping them maximize product effectiveness and driving customer engagement.

The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, is fluent in Mandarin and English, and possesses strong communication skills. Familiarity with POS systems and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
