Managing Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction team based in our Essex office, to lead on a £55m school in Cheshunt.

Location: Essex office for Pre Construction, then the site location which is Cheshunt for delivery. Hybrid working with 3 days per week either in the office on site as a minimum. Our Essex office will be located in Stanstead later this year.

You will be the Commercial Lead on a £55m school in Cheshunt with a team of surveyors reporting into you. Once this project is up and running, you will also then oversee another circa £50m project, again with a team of surveyors reporting into you.
