The Managing Director Belgium will assume full P&L responsibility for the Belgian entity, with a commercial focus to drive a strategic turnaround and restoring financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Full P&L ownership of the Belgian operations, develop and execute a comprehensive turnaround strategy.Drive commercial excellence and strengthen key accounts.Reposition the business within the Belgian market, identifying growth opportunities and differentiating value proposition.Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing leadership team, fostering accountability and performance culture.Strengthening relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders across the steel value chain.Ensure alignment with Group strategy while adapting execution to local market dynamics.Promote a strong culture of health, safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
