Role Summary
Manages multiple tax engagements across federal, state, and international jurisdictions. Ensures technical accuracy, compliance, and alignment with ASC 740 (Income Taxes).
Key Responsibilities

Plan, review, and finalize complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Oversee preparation of consolidated and multistate returns ensuring proper allocation and apportionment. Review ASC 740 tax provisions, deferred tax assets/liabilities, and FIN 48 documentation. Provide technical guidance on federal and state audit inquiries and client communications. Supervise and mentor teams across multiple engagements. Coordinate with auditors and advisory teams to align financial reporting and tax compliance.
