Assist the Program Manager/OPS Manager in all training related activities to successfully support customer mission requirements and meet all Key Performance Indicators. The Training Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing, leading, and supervision of the aviation training department. With regard to planning the Training Manager identifies competencies/deficiencies for individuals and functional areas. Based on this assessment the Training Manager directs and manages the development, budget, implementation, execution, and evaluation of the training program(s).

Also will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the planning, organizing, leading and supervision of the aviation maintenance training department.
