About the Role
Responsibilities
- Study the emerging trends and changes in the financial sector landscape that would impact workforce transformation and talent development by engaging various industry stakeholders and adopting a data‑driven approach
- Generate insights and propose strategies and interventions to enhance the employability of financial sector professionals and young talent while meeting the manpower needs of the financial industry
- Collaborate with government agencies, financial institutions, industry associations and union partners in the design, development and implementation of workforce transformation and talent development initiatives efficiently and at scale
- Perform management reporting and presentations on the strategies, interventions, progress, and outcomes of the various initiatives
- Organise and conduct industry briefings and outreach events to raise awareness of the initiatives amongst financial sector professionals
