Manager/ Senior Manager, Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2)

The Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2) is part of the Training Partners Group in Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) which aims to build a robust and high-quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem through strategic partnerships and management of CET providers, and engagement of enterprises in skills development. Specifically, the IDD2 will contribute to building a robust, high-quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem by partnering strategic training providers, enterprises, and agencies to translate industry trends into actionable skills strategies and workforce transformation outcomes aligned with industry and Job Transformation Maps (JTMs).
