Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing of Pre‑Engineered Buildings (PEB), steel structures, or the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of PEB systems, industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and commercial projects.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare proposals, coordinate with technical teams, and manage the complete sales cycle.
