General Purpose

The Manager, Risk Information Systems owns Origami Risk as an enterprise program across PACS's 326+ skilled nursing facilities, scaling toward 500. This is the central System Owner in a two-layer operating model: the Manager controls all global configuration, taxonomy, integrations and security, while regional Power Users (mapped to the Safety Managers) operate within those guardrails. The role turns Origami from a system of record into risk intelligence – clean comparable data and executive reporting across both the occupational (WC/Cal-OSHA) and resident (GL/PL/CMS) verticals running through one platform. This is an ownership seat, not a data-entry seat. The Manager translates the existing process library – claims taxonomy, FNOL/RCA workflows, the tiered injury investigation SOP, the OSHA response playbook, the incident-to-litigation blind‑spot analysis – into platform configuration so the system enforces the process rather than just storing it.
