Manager, Regional Logistics (Isla Guadalupe)

Primary Purpose
Responsible for managing external warehouse operations and aligning 3PLs to Ball standards of operation.
This critical role will implement needed changes across the warehouse network to improve customer experience, drive cost savings, reduce quality issues and work with cross‐functional teams to solve complex logistics problems.
Essential Responsibilities
Standardize best practices across the warehouse operations network.
Manage the budget and operational efficiencies of the regional warehouse network.
Design, track and execute warehouse KPIs.
Collaborate cross‐functionally with IBP functions and other department teams to maximize efficiencies and cost savings in the supply chain.
Manage suppliers, relationships, and operations of external warehouses.
Maintain inventory accuracy of finished goods.
Coordinate with plants, central logistics, quality, customer fulfillment, central planning and sourcing to resolve issues.
