Responsibilities

• People & Performance Management: Recruit, develop, coach, and manage team performance
• Planning: Align team goals with divisional/corporate objectives; present plans to senior management
• Technical Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of FedEx standards, regulations, and business environment; provide advice on complex issues
