The AML/CTF Quality Assurance Manageris responsible fordesigning, implementing, and overseeing the Quality Assurance (QA) Framework across theorganization'sAnti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) program. 

The role provides independent oversight and challengesof AML operational activities to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, internal policies, risk appetites, and industry best practices.

The position may leadateam of QA professionals and acts as a key subject matter expert in financial crime compliance. The role is accountable for assessing the effectiveness and quality of AML controls,identifyingsystemic issues, driving remediation activities, and providing independent assurance over AML operational decision-making.
