About the Role

What will you do?

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:

  • Manage, train and develop a team of Property Accountants to ensure delivery of good customer service is provided to internal and external clients;

  • Initiate, manage and implement process improvements;

  • Manage the full cycle of accounting duties of revenue generating properties within the portfolio;

  • Review monthly, quarterly and yearly processing and reporting of property financials including account reconciliations and recovery analysis, Job Cost and Fixed Assets, bank reconciliations and integrity reports;

  • Timely consolidated reporting of NOI variances;

  • Ensure the property budget responsibilities for accounting are on time and accurately executed; co-ordinate with the sites and other departments as necessary;
