Manager - Plant Finance

Job Summary

Responsible for plant finance, budgeting, cost control, reporting, Capex monitoring, variance analysis, inventory tracking, and ensuring adherence to corporate financial guidelines and timely financial closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting and expense consolidation
• Variance analysis and cost control
• Depreciation, Capex, Opex and cash flow monitoring
• Monthly actuals, TB closing, and Z2B reporting, SAP Experience
• Plant performance and cost per unit analysis
• Tracking cost reduction initiatives and financial impact
• GL review and cost audit support
• Inventory ageing, WIP, OOS, and work order tracking
• Support SOP compliance and corporate guidelines at plant level

Job Requirements

• Qualification:   Qualified CA / CMA
