Job Summary

We are currently looking for Manager-People Capability Operations for our People Capability Ops Team in Chennai. The incumbent will have to manage the delivery of e-learning development and deployments for the bank, which are administered by GPS People Capability Operations team.
Key Responsibilities

Experience in e-learning development and deployments
•
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders that allows end-to-end seamless delivery of all activities and focus on delivering flawless service delivery in ILT, VILT, Digital & e-Learning deployments

Responsible for TAT, Quality & meeting the SLA for the projects/deliverables managed
