About this Role


We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to support and drive digital initiatives for managing multi-domain and multi-vendor OSS platforms. This role requires a detailed understanding of modern OSS applications, architecture, and support environments, coupled with knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile methodology, and the ITIL framework.

What you will do


  • Ensure high availability of all in-scope applications at all times.
  • Enable customers through automation and self-service capabilities.
  • Take end-to-end accountability for incident resolution related to application faults and alerts.
  • Manage vendor coordination and access to the production environment for troubleshooting, debugging, and incident resolution.
