Manager - NPD Quality Planning Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Adequate knowledge & Experience about New Product Development Systems & Process (Vehicle). 2. Lead and Coordinate the Quality Planning activates in NPD Projects. 3. Responsible for assessing and reporting the status of all the deliverables in each gateways. 4. Good knowledge in Quality Tools such 7QC-tools, FMEA's, DVP, DFA/ DFM, APQP, PPAP and Risk analysis. 4. Experience in using AI tools for analysis, drive better resutls and creation of dashboards. 5. Improve the Product Quality & customer satisfaction through PDCA of pervious Programs Lessons Learnt. 6. Monitoring the Virtual Validation deliverables such as CFD, CAE simulations etc. during concept phase. 7. Effective assessment of vehicle and system level validation such as Functional, Performance and Durability Tests. 8.
