Job Description

The Practice Manager is a pivotal business leader for the practice, responsible for end-to-end operations, performance management and execution of the practice strategy. The role acts as the central coordinating hub across partners, lawyers and allied business functions to ensure the practice runs as an integrated, client-centric and commercially strong practice in Khaitan & Co.
Purpose of the Role
• Drive the smooth, efficient and consistent running of the practice – “one way of doing things” aligned to firm-wide best practices and policies.
• Translate the practice’s strategic and business plans into clear, actionable priorities, and track execution against financial, client and people outcomes.
• Orchestrate and connect the work of Professional Development, Digital, BD, Research and KM so that the practice has the right people, capabilities, insights and tools to win and deliver work.
