Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve wedding and social event revenue targets.
• Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities through direct sales activities, referrals, partnerships, and industry networking.
• Maintain and expand relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct sales presentations, venue tours, and client meetings to promote RWS event venues and services.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and event packages in accordance with company policies.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding and social event clients throughout the sales cycle.
