Proficient in Electrical/ Electronic automotive vehicle system. Knowledge of vehicle powertrain and the interfaces arising out of electrification. Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable globally. having thorough knowledge in Electrical-Electromagnetic /Electronic parts , assemblies & its processes. Good understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application Experience in quality systems of Electrical & Electronics components for automotive application – Electrical -Electromagnetic parts: -Magneto, Starter motor, Wiper motor, Starter relay, Horn, tank units, spark plugs & HT coil, Wiring Harness, Switches
Electronics: Speedometers (Mech.+ Digital), Sensors
Process review & upgradation of the process. Bench marking with similar parts, VA/ VE PFMEA
