Engagement details for projects, milestones in coordination with project execution team and vendors, and maintaining project tracking status across multiple projects. Deployment of MES and digitisation projects in manufacturing leading the project from initial stages to Go Live and handover to sustenance.
Interface of sustenance functions and automation of the same, to enable anticipated support on devices, applications and overall make the existing systems automated and capable of remote support through Nerve Centre.
Budget management of project and digitisation development PoCs as applicable. Project reviews with stakeholders at plant level and central coordination for the same. PR to PO coordination with Asset Management. Close coordination with all plant heads and digital champions for Scoping ...
