Manage the site engineering function and maintain process equipment, buildings, facilities, grounds and services at minimum costs to meet operational requirements, engineering standards and statutory regulations. Propose and collaborate with the design and execution of capital engineering improvement initiatives.
What you’ll do:
Maintain the Bletchley facility, plant, safety equipment and systems to comply with GMP standards and Health, Safety & Environment requirements, notably ATEX regulationsSchedule, action and document statutory testing of pressure vessels, lifting equipment, steam boilers, electrical equipment and firefighting/detection equipment and ensure compliance with regulationsManage an effective Preventative Planned Maintenance system to identify and repair faults and minimize unscheduled shutdowns.Effectively delegate work to the engineers and to ensure minimal disruption to production.Ensure maintenance staff ar...
