You join the Oversight & Controls department within the Chief Operating Office CIB of Natixis as Manager of the CIB Business Continuity plan team in charge of developing and maintaining in operational condition the CIB’s business continuity plan in France and on the international platforms and of the management and preparation of crisis response strategies.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the business continuity plan in France and internationally: management of annual risk and impact identification exercises (BIAs) and validation by the businesses;
  • Implement business continuity solutions and organize the associated tests: cross-backup strategies, adequacy of crisis responses, management of test planning and actions;
