About the Role
The Senior Manager – Last Mile Operations will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end e-commerce logistics operations, ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing large-scale delivery operations, capacity planning, rider management, client coordination, operational performance, and process optimization to support business growth and operational stability.
Key Responsibility Areas 1. Operations Management- Lead and manage daily e-commerce logistics operations across assigned regions/projects.
- Ensure smooth execution of last-mile delivery operations while maintaining service quality standards.
- Monitor operational KPIs including SLA adherence, delivery success rate, rider productivity, and order fulfillment timelines.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.
