About the Role

The Internal Audit Manager for the Asia Region will play a key role in supporting the company’s internal audit activities across Asia, with a primary base in Shanghai. This position offers significant exposure to internal controls, risk management, and compliance within a leading global manufacturing organization. The role involves occasional travel within Asia and the to foster collaboration with local, regional, and global teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Audit

  • Assist the Global Internal Audit Manager in developing the annual audit plan.

  • Execute internal audits for all legal entities across Asia in accordance with the annual audit plan.

  • Document audit findings, draft comprehensive audit reports, and communicate results to audit team leaders and management.

  • Participate in follow-up activities to monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
