About the Role

Job Description

  • Assists the team head to develop the overall development strategy for BG and consistent with the company’s sales and marketing plans.

  • Assists the team head to develop, implements and monitors BG performance to achieved agency headcount & productivity growth.

  • Assists the team head to develop BG as future BG leaders as well as qualified MDRT members. 

  • Assists the team head to implement BG promotion criteria and the BG development roadmap to uplift the professionalism and build the bench strength.

  • Manages and organizes BG development program, recognition programs and activities.

    • Job Requirement
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in training
  • Strong PPT and social media development skills
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
