Manager-HVAC Operations

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manager-HVAC Operations.

The Manager will Supervise all activities of the HVAC Shops including direct supervision of 2 foremen and up to 24 mechanics and helpers. Responsible for code compliance of all HVAC, associated equipment. Responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and reliability of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the hospital campus. Directs day-to-day efforts on union shop staff, retains and supervises outside contractors and HVAC consultants, implements maintenance requests from clients, other maintenance supervisors and project managers. Performs shutdowns, startups and testing of chiller and fire standpipe systems to provide safe, efficient and uninterrupted operation and maintenance of plant systems.
