About the Role

The Manager – Finance, Operations and Data Management, will be managing Finance, Data, and Operations for Community Engagement and Development, ensuring efficient execution and data-driven decision-making. He/She will oversee the operations, budget and procurement of Vocational, Water, and CELC programmes.

Financial Management

  • Manage programme budgets, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control
  • Oversee procurement planning and execution for all programmes
  • Track expenses, forecasts, and financial reporting against plans
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements

Programme Operations

  • Facilitate and support the execution of Vocational, Water, and CELC programmes
