Manager – Finance/ Accounting The Opportunity:We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manager – Finance/Accounting to oversee financialoperations, statutory compliance, reporting, and month-end closures. This role requires strong technicalaccounting expertise along with leadership capabilities to manage and guide a team effectively. The idealcandidate will have a strong corporate background and hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation and audits.Key Responsibilities:Month-End GL Close Process & PR/PO Review Process

 Preparation of intercompany reconciliations and monthly settlement of accounts

 Prepare/review prepayments and monthly amortization schedules

Prepare/review month-end accrual journals

Monitor account reconciliations including debtors, creditors, and TDS reconciliations

Reviewing Invoices with contracts/agreements and approving Purchase Requisitions & creating Purchase Orders. ...
