About the Role
The Manager, Engineering leads the Advisor Hub product and the engineering team responsible for delivering the primary digital entry point into the advisor ecosystem. This leader is responsible for the technology strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of advisor experiences that provide seamless access to the tools, insights, workflows, and services advisors use to serve clients and grow their business.
The Manager provides technical leadership, establishes engineering standards and delivery practices, and is accountable for delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality software aligned to business outcomes.
