**Job Summary:** The Manager, Early Talent Development will lead the strategy, development, and execution of the US Refreshment Beverages (USRB) Early Talent programs, including the Summer Internship Program and 1-Year Leadership Development Rotational Program (LDP).
This highly visible role is responsible for building a best-in-class talent pipeline by developing, coaching, and preparing future leaders while delivering exceptional business value through structured learning and functional assignments.
Reporting to the USRB Analytics & Operations organization, this role partners closely with senior leaders, HR, Campus Recruiting, and host teams to shape the future leader bench across USRB.
