About the Role

This is a 6-month contract role to provide coverage during a period of planned leave. The incumbent will step into an established function and ensure continuity of paid media and campaign operations across a busy exhibition and programme period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Paid Media Management
  • Manage paid media execution across active campaigns, including platform mix, format selection, and budget allocation
  • Ensure media spend is tied to clear KPIs and optimise performance across all paid channels
  • Manage the day‑day relationship with the media agency across planning, execution, and review
  • Maintain media‑related workflows and documentation
  • Prepare and manage all administrative paperwork required for advertising
  • Ensure campaigns are integrated across channels, with consistent messaging and clear coordination across channel owners
