About the Role

            Duties & Responsibilities   Ensure efficient and effective management of design activities on tenders and projects to ensure that all design requirements of the contract are fulfilled. 
Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements, including standards and codes of practice, relating to the design. 
To oversee and supervise existing design team. 
Ensure design process and submissions comply with statutory regulations and requirements. 
Responsible to provide a fully functional structural system, analysis and calculations to fulfill adequate structural integrity and accuracy of the design. 
Must be able to lead, manage and check all kinds of design drawings by members. 
Coordination with relevant departments during the Design stage. 
Ensure that all technical/detailed drawings are compliant with the relevant codes and/or regulatory requirements.
