About the Role

            Job Description  Customer Support to clarify technical requirements for all MTU & Detroit Engines and systems. 
Technical support including troubleshooting problems with Distributors, Service Partners OEMs and customers. 
Supervise installation and commissioning work for all MTU & Detroit Industrial engines in the region. 
Conduct, with relevant MTU support groups, installation and commissioning discussions, pre-installation checks for all MTU Engines internally and with OEMs. 
Review relevant service information pertaining to all MTU & Detroit Engines Industrial products. 
Review PID's, installation reports and travel reports pertaining to commissioning and field service work. 
Evaluate all data and reports supplied pertaining to any and all commissioning, breakdown and field repairs on stated application engines.
