The Manager, Grocery Selection Strategy will lead selection strategy across our portfolio of online and in-store grocery formats. In this role, you will lead a team that owns the end-to-end strategy, requirements, and methodology used to build and continuously improve a robust, data-driven selection framework spanning multiple grocery formats.
You will manage a team of professionals, while partnering closely with Category, Product, Tech, and BI teams to develop automated selection tools, multi-metric ranking models, and regional selection frameworks. This role requires both strong managerial presence and analytical rigor to drive measurable business impact.
