What You Will Do

  • Act as a key interface with across functional teams for key components selection in the NPI phase; identify the needs for re-design and leads the efforts.
  • Develop and execute Harman commodity sourcing strategy based on business needs, supply base performance, market situation/trends, new technologies, etc.
  • Stay on top of the market and industry trends, and provide intelligence to the organization
