FBA Inventory Optimization Services (FIOS) is seeking a results-oriented Business Intelligence Manager to lead the development of AI-powered analytics infrastructure and GenAI-enabled data products across FBA's Growth Optimization portfolio. This role is central to FBA's generational transformation — pivoting from traditional reporting and reactive diagnostics to building intelligent, AI-native data systems that deliver predictive insights in minutes rather than days.
As our AI development accelerates, Business Intelligence is becoming core infrastructure — not a supporting function. We are shifting from bespoke, one-off data solutions to building reusable data pipelines, shared analytics capabilities, and measurement frameworks that power every agent team we spin up.
