Manager / Assistant Manager, Finance Services

As Manager / Assistant Manager, Finance Services of the Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA), you will support the Assistant Director, Finance Services and Deputy Director, Finance in the management of the finance function in a fast‑paced and highly volatile environment.

• Manage financial operations (payments, collections) and fixed assets to ensure accuracy, promptness and compliance with Government Instruction Manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Support fee review exercise by collating and analysing inputs from CDA Divisions.
• Partner and guide internal stakeholders on internal financial processes to ensure compliance and seek continuous improvement based on feedback to enhance efficiency.
• Identify areas to leverage technology and develop capabilities to improve work processes and insights for financial analysis.
