JOB DUTIES

 Detail Engineering:


  • Review, interpret, and administer contract terms and conditions (primarily FIDIC-based).

  • Handle pre- and post-award contract administration activities.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documents including subcontracts, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and claims.

  • Prepare and evaluate contractual claims related to time, cost, and scope changes.

  • Maintain records and documentation for all contractual correspondences and claims.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely identification and resolution of contractual risks or disputes.

  • Advise project managers and stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and remedies.

  • Interface with legal and commercial teams for dispute resolution and arbitration matters.
