About the Role
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment.
- Ensure inventory of stock supplies are sufficient.
- Handle guest feedback
- Ensure guests' needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional services.
- Attend to guests' needs and complaints promptly and politely.
- Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP are applied on daily basis
- Supervise and participate in activities of the service personnel under his/her direct supervision.
- Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
- Ensure restaurant is adequately staffed during shift and to notify Manager of any shortage.
