Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, cold calling, proposal preparation, and deal follow-ups.
  • Help coordinate client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales activity data.
  • Analyze sales trends, prepare performance reports, and support pipeline forecasting.
  • Help prepare marketing collateral, case studies, and event materials.
  • Work closely with product, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and execution.
