Management Trainee - Sales

The Management Trainee will support the sales, merchandising, and distribution activities for the Eyewear category across the GCC region and Egypt. This role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to regional sales operations, client coordination, merchandising execution, and market analysis, helping the trainee build foundational expertise within the Eyewear distribution function.

Job Description

Sales & Business Development Support

• Assisting the team in implementing sales plans and business development initiatives to meet regional objectives
• Conducting basic market research and gathering competitive insights to help identify new opportunities
• Supporting preliminary evaluation of potential retail locations or partners aligned with brand positioning

Client & Partner Coordination

• Coordinating with retail partners under guidance to ensure product availability and brand standards
