About the Role

Job Description

- Help with order scheduling, capacity planning, and ensuring on-time delivery
- Track production progress, report issues, and support problem resolution
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Sales, and HQ Supply Chain teams
- Find and develop local suppliers to reduce dependency on single sources
- Support supplier evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring
- Monitor raw material flow, including delivery, usage, and inventory
- Help resolve material shortages and quality issues
- Support root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions
- Support cross-functional projects with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Quality
- Help improve procurement processes (requisition, purchasing, receiving, inspection)
- Assist in improving ERP systems for better efficiency and data accuracy
- Other responsibilities as needed
