A newly refurbished 5-star boutique lodge in the Northwest Province is seeking a professional and experienced management couple to lead its operations.

This is a live-in, full-time opportunity ideally suited to a couple with complementary skills spanning guest services, lodge operations, guiding, reservations, wellness, and administration.

Lodge General Manager / Guest Experience

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee the daily operations of all guest-facing departments

-Manage reservations, bookings, guest check-ins/check-outs, and concierge services

-Lead and mentor the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional 5-star guest experiences

-Manage online booking platforms, OTA listings, rate strategies, and guest reviews

-Coordinate spa and wellness offerings (spa experience advantageous)
